Automation with Zoho One Suite and Elementor – Your Complete Business Solution

Automation with Zoho One Suite and Elementor – Your Complete Business Solution

You use Elementor and want to automate your business processes? Zoho One brings over 40 business apps under one roof. CRM, accounting, project management. I will show you how to connect Elementor with Zoho One. And why this is especially worthwhile for smaller businesses.

What is Zoho One and why is the integration worth it?

Zoho One is a business suite. Over 40 apps, one login. Zoho CRM, Zoho Books (accounting), Zoho Desk (support), Zoho Campaigns (email marketing) and more.

If you use Elementor Pro, you can connect all of these apps with your forms via Zoho Flow. My experience: this is ideal precisely for smaller businesses. One integration, all Zoho tools available.

The most important Zoho One applications for WordPress

  • Zoho CRM: manage customer enquiries and leads automatically
  • Zoho Books: create invoices from form data
  • Zoho Campaigns: add newsletter subscribers directly to email lists
  • Zoho Desk: create support tickets from contact forms
  • Zoho Marketing Automation: launch marketing campaigns automatically

How to connect Elementor with Zoho One

1. Install the Zoho Flow plugin

Install the official Zoho Flow plugin for WordPress. It connects your WordPress installation with the Zoho Flow platform.

2. Set up a Zoho Flow account

Sign in to Zoho Flow. Create a new Flow (workflow).

3. Set Elementor as the trigger

Choose „Elementor Pro“ as the trigger, then „Form submission added“. The workflow starts automatically with every form submission.

4. Connect Zoho Flow with WordPress

Follow the instructions on screen. You will need your WordPress credentials for authorisation.

5. Select Zoho One applications

Now you choose where the data should flow. Several actions can be combined:

  • Create a contact in Zoho CRM
  • Create an invoice in Zoho Books
  • Add a subscriber to Zoho Campaigns
  • Open a support ticket in Zoho Desk

6. Map the fields (mapping)

Map the form fields from Elementor to the Zoho fields. Example: „Email“ in the form becomes „Email address“ in Zoho CRM.

7. Set up duplicate checking

My tip: always check whether a contact already exists. Otherwise you will end up with duplicate entries in the CRM. The „Decision“ function in Zoho Flow makes this possible.

8. Test and activate

Test the workflow with a sample form. Check in all connected Zoho apps whether the data arrives. Everything in order? Activate the Flow.

Practical use cases

Example 1: Complete lead process

A prospect fills in your contact form. Here is what happens automatically:

  • The lead is created in Zoho CRM
  • You receive an email notification
  • The contact ends up in your newsletter list in Zoho Campaigns

Example 2: Automatic invoice creation

Someone books a course or a service through your form:

  • The customer is created as a contact in Zoho Books
  • The invoice is created and sent automatically
  • A CRM entry is created for ongoing support

Example 3: Manage support requests centrally

With every support request via your form:

  • A ticket is created in Zoho Desk
  • The customer receives an automatic confirmation
  • You are notified

Tips for practical implementation

  • Start small. Connect only Zoho CRM first, then expand step by step.
  • Use the ready-made templates in Zoho Flow. They save time during setup.
  • Document your workflows so that you can trace changes later.
  • Test regularly whether all connections are still running.
  • Observe GDPR when transferring data.

My experience with Zoho One

I have been working with WordPress and various business tools for over 8 years. The combination of Elementor + Zoho One works particularly well for small and medium-sized businesses. You get a complete business solution at a manageable price. All processes run centrally.

I recommend Zoho One if you use several tools and want to connect them. The setup takes a little more time at first. But in everyday work you save hours every week.
